St Mary’s Catholic School is seeking a passionate educator (or educators!) to join our team in a flexible part-time role. We’re offering two positions: one day a week co-teaching our wonderful Year 1/2 class, and another day a week in a specialist teaching role. This can be a combined role or offered separately.

We are open to shaping the specialist role around your strengths—whether that’s Technology, Art, Music or another area you love to teach. What matters most is your enthusiasm, your commitment to quality education, and your desire to be part of a warm, collaborative school community.

Located in the heart of Boyup Brook, St Mary’s is a small Catholic primary school with around 60 students from 3-Year-Old Kindy to Year 6. Our modern facilities and small class sizes create a wonderful environment for building strong relationships and delivering targeted, meaningful learning experiences. You’ll be joining a team of experienced, dedicated educators who support each other and work together to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Selection Criteria

  • Show strong organisational, technological, and interpersonal skills.
  • Implement the Western Australian Curriculum effectively.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and participation in learning communities.
  • Contribute positively to whole-school initiatives and activities.

This part-time role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of year levels, supporting students and teachers in a nurturing, inclusive setting.

Located in the heart of Boyup Brook, our school caters to students from 3-Year-Old Kindy to Year 6, with modern facilities and a team of experienced, passionate educators committed to excellence and care.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Embodies professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic
  • Can work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
  • Is supportive of the Catholic ethos and values
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and communication skills
  • Has strong numeracy and literacy capabilities

  • Has experience in early childhood education (preferred)
